Our beef: All cattle and beef employees are certified to ensure that all western Indiana cattle are treated with the highest respect and integrity. Employees are kept up to speed on all best cattle and beef handling practices, and like our hog/pork employees, they are issued yearly evaluations.

We proudly use 100% Angus beef genetics and have so for over 20 years. In addition, our seed stock is from two of the absolute best Angus breeders in the Midwest.  Plus, all cattle, like our hogs, are born, raised, and fed right here in small-town Indiana.

Our Pork: The Duroc Difference We don't settle for generic hogs. Our pork is sired from Duroc boars—a breed prized by chefs for its superior marbling and rich, dark meat.

  • Ethically Raised: Born in open-pen gestation environments, not cramped crates.

  • Locally Fed: We don't buy mystery feed. We grow our own corn in Indiana soil to finish them.

  • The Result: Juicy, flavorful pork that actually tastes like pork.
